A great way to introduce organ meats into the diet. Has a slightly stronger beefy flavour than regular mince. Great for breakfast patties.

Absolutely delicious! I bought these as a treat over Christmas and really enjoyed them, so tender and succulent. I can’t have too much lamb due to a special diet that I’m on, but if I could I’d enjoy these a lot more! Green Pasture Farms always send their produce in vacuum packed containers wrapped in wool and icepacks. Such a wonderful service from them every time.
