We are lucky to have a number of large apple trees dotted around the farm, not sweet ones, but great for cooking, so we thought they’d be a great addition to this months speciality sausage.
As always, made with our own organic pork, and organic, gluten-free seasoning with no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
Those apples we can’t reach will be left so that the pigs can go scrumping when they fall!
