How Can We Help?
We are a small operation so don’t have enough manpower to have a member of staff dedicated to answering the phone.
All hands are required in the cutting room, to get the meat prepared, packaged and boxed, ready for collection that evening.
If one of us were to attempt to wash up, and leave the cutting room to try and answer the phone each time it rang (usually marketing calls!), we would never get everything despatched on time.
It is much more efficient for us to deal with your queries by email, so we can set aside time to deal with them all at once – though please check the other help sections first, as we receive many of the same queries over and over again, which in turn makes it harder for us to get on with processing orders.
Yes, we could potentially employ a dedicated member of staff to sit by the phone, but ultimately this cost would be passed onto you the customer. We think we serve you better by sending you the highest quality meat, at a great price, quickly and efficiently.
