I have not received a confirmation email
If you have not seen a confirmation email there are 3 possibilities:
- You did not complete the order process.
If your order was completed, you should have received a confirmation number on the confirmation screen. You can check the status of any orders by logging onto your account here.
- The confirmation is in your spam folder (or updates/promotions/etc).
Gmail and Hotmail tend to automatically put all our emails in there, must be all the mentions of pork meat!
Once you’ve found them, please add the address to your safe list/contacts to ensure you receive future communications.
- You mistyped your email when creating your account.
If you cannot find the confirmation email in any of these folders, it’s likely you made a mistake when entering your email at the checkout. If this is the case, please get in touch via our contact form ASAP.
