We have had some extra 5+ and 6+ kilo turkeys made available from the turkey farm.
All of our Organic Christmas Turkeys are Norfolk Bronzes – these magnificent birds have been raised for 7 months on fresh organic pasture.
This makes for a happier bird, and also a tastier bird. The meat has time to mature properly, producing turkey that is moist, tender and flavoursome, like it used to be!
We then dry pluck the birds by hand and hang them to really let the flavour develop to the maximum.
All turkeys will come with their giblets packed separately for your convenience.
They are available for purchase now for Christmas delivery on either the 20th, 21st or 22nd December – choose your prefered date at the checkout.
Is a 5 or 6kg turkey a little bit too much? We also have some extra large chickens which weigh in at a more moderate 3.5kg.
Christmas odrers will be open until the end of the week, while stocks last, so don’t delay!
