All of our Organic Grass Fed Beef Fillet Steak come from 100% grass fed free range cows, and are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days.

The fillet is the most tender of all the steaks as it is taken from the inside of the sirloin, where the muscle does very little work.

With its soft texture, and lack of fat, the fillet steak is best eaten rare – just show it to the pan…

Perfect with some gluten-free peppercorn sauce, mmm.
