All of our Organic Grass Fed Sirloin Steak come from 100% grass fed and finished free range cows, and are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days.
From the middle back, the sirloin is tender, but well marbled with tasty fat.
Flash fry or griddle this cut – it can be eaten anywhere from rare to medium.
