How Can We Help?
In most cases, we simply offer the products as listed on the website.
We batch prepare all our orders for the day, for example mincing and dicing all the meat in one go in the morning.
We therefore unfortunately can’t do different pack sizes, or different fat contents etc, or it would make the whole process logistically impossible and much more expensive.
That said, if you were looking for an unusual large item – a whole belly joint for example, this kind of thing we can do. Please use the contact form for such enquiries before ordering to double check.
We can also butcher the whole or half pig any way you want it. Please check the product FAQ for some suggested options.
