Why Our Wild Venison Is Different
This isn’t farmed venison — it’s truly wild deer, hunted sustainably across the forsts of Northern Britain. That means no supplementary feed, no pens, just deer living and foraging naturally across open countryside. The result is meat that’s noticeably leaner than farmed venison, with a deeper, more complex flavour you simply don’t get from anything reared indoors.
It’s a genuinely seasonal product — wild venison is only available for part of the year, and this season runs through to late Spring 2027. Stock will be topped up most weeks while the season is open, but early batches tend to sell out fast, so it’s worth getting your order in now rather than waiting.
