
Bone Broth Boosted Gravy Recipe
Our good friends at Ossa Organic have passed us this fantastic recipe for Organic bone broth enriched gravy, a perfect tasty and nutrient dense side to your Christmas dinner.It is gluten, lactose and grain free.
Equipment
- Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter or ghee
- 1 tbsp Tapioca Flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 cups organic bone broth / 2 tbsp double concentrate broth
- ½ tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- ½ tsp Dried Rosemary
- ½ tsp Dried Thyme
Instructions
- Melt the ghee in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the tapioca flour and coconut flour to the pan and mix with a fork until it thickens and clumps.
- Add the bone broth to the pan, as well as desired spices and with a whisk. Once the mixture boils, reduce to medium heat.
- Cook while whisking every so often until the mixture thickens. Cook until desired consistency. Enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have tapioca or coconut flour, you can substitute for any gluten-free flour of your preference.
