Organic Turkeys

All of our Organic Christmas Turkeys are Norfolk Bronzes – These magnificent birds are raised for more than twice the length of time as your typical supermarket bird, out and about roaming on fresh pasture.
Not only does this make for a happier bird, but also a tastier bird, as the meat has time to mature properly, producing turkey that is moist, tender and flavoursome, like it used to be!
The birds are then dry plucked by hand, and hung to really let the flavour develop to the maximum.

Free Range Ducks, Geese and Cockerels

Fancy something a little different this year? Why not try goose, duck or cockerel?
Goose and duck both have a more gamey flavour, and lots of delicious fat (great for doing the roast spuds).
A cockerel is a great option for those that prefer the lighter meat of chicken or turkey, but want a bird that’s not too big, not too small. (See Extra Large Chicken Product)
