Perfect for slow cooking, they are packed full of bone marrow, gelatine, collagen and a host of other vital nutrients that are easy to miss out on if you only ever eat muscle meat.

In addition to being great for broths and stews, our organic pigs feet can be used for making jellies and terrines thanks to the very high gelatine content.
