The Ghee is made by clarifying butter made from the milk of 100% grassfed cows that have been raised to organic standards.
The clarification process removes casein and lactose from the butter, the two most common gut irritants found in dairy products.
Organic grass-fed ghee is particularly high in CLA & Vitamins A, D & E.
Clarified butter is a great option for cooking as it has a very high smoke point.
Available in eco-friendly 265g glass jars, ossa’s organic grass-fed ghee can be stored in the fridge or a cool pantry for up to 6 months.
