Our speciality sausage for the Autumn / Winter season of 2020 are our ever popular Organic Pork and Apple variety.
Made using our usual gluten-free seasoning, with the addition of finely chopped fresh organic apples scrumped from the farm… well, maybe it’s not scrumping if it’s your own farm?
It is not recommended to try and use these sausages for bobbing, nor put them on a stick and coat them in toffee.
They are delicious as part of a casserole, or with a side of roasted pumpkin and chestnuts however!
